The following terms & conditions apply to the use of the subscription service available at www.freshpairs.com.au. By subscribing to FreshPairs, you agree to these terms & conditions.

The terms “FreshPairs”, “us” or “we” refer to the owners of Fresh Pairs Pty. Ltd. (ABN: 65 140 843 214)
Products
We clearly provide the size specifications of our products as well as photos showing the colour and appearance of each product. However, we cannot guarantee that the appearance on your monitor will exactly match that of the actual product. Please see the Cancellation & Refund section if you are not satisfied with the appearance of the product.
Prices
The prices outlined are in Australian dollars and include postage anywhere in the world. Some countries outside of Australia may require import duties and tax to be paid. You are responsible for paying duties and taxes in your own country if applicable.
Prices may change at any time, but at no point will the cost of an active subscription increase.
Payments
Credit card payments are processed securely through a third party payment processor. Upon completion of your payment we will email you a receipt as well as including a printed receipt accompanying your first shipment. Personal details are sent using 256 bit SSL encryption. We neither keep, nor are able to access your credit card details.
Payments may be paid upfront or made on a monthly basis. Payments made upfront for a year attract a discount of 5%. Payments made upfront for 2 years attract a discount of 10%.
When choosing to pay on a monthly basis, you acknowledge that an automatic payment will be made from your credit card a total of 12 times. The first payment will be made immediately, with subsequent payments being deducted each following month. Please note that this means some payments will occur after receiving your final package. If at any time you cancel payments, your subscription will cease and a processing fee of $30 will be charged. If you decide you want to cancel your subscription please see relevant section below.
Delivery
Date of shipment is defined as the date on which processing will begin. Processing may take between 1 and 3 days before the product is dispatched. Products are delivered using standard mail within Australia and standard international mail outside of Australia. Delivery in Australia typically takes 2 – 5 days after processing has been completed and may take several weeks for international delivery.
Delivery times are given as a guide. We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery.
If you wish to change the address to which your subscription is sent please log in using your email and password and change this information. We cannot be held responsible for misdirected mail if you do not update your address at least 1 week prior to a due date of shipment.
Subscription Renewal
Upon expiration, subscriptions will not be automatically renewed. We will send you a courtesy email reminding you to resubscribe if you would like to do so. If you have not renewed your subscription within 1 month of expiry we will send you a follow up email reminding you to resubscribe if you wish to do so. We will not continue to charge your credit card without your permission to continue your subscription.
Cancellations & Refunds
We offer a 30 day full refund guarantee on new subscriptions. This means that if after receiving your first shipment you are not happy with the product you may return it, in new condition, unopened for a full refund. We can only offer a refund for socks returned unopened. If, for example, you open 2 pairs of socks in your first delivery, we will refund you the total amount of your subscription less the price of 2 pairs. You may also choose to keep the entire first shipment, but cancel the subscription within 30 days of your order for a refund of the remaining subscription. You are responsible for postage costs. Refunds are processed once returns have been received and inspected.
Please contact us directly if you wish to cancel your subscription, citing your email address and and reason for wanting to cancel.
If you wish to cancel your subscription after the 30 day guarantee period is over, you may do so, however you will incur a 15% cancellation fee as well as having to pay the equivalent pro rata costs for goods already received.
Refunds are processed through a third party credit card gateway.
Gift subscriptions cannot be cancelled.
