How do I subscribe?

Subscribing to FreshPairs is easy and can be done in less than five minutes.

  1. Choose the subscription package that best suits you. We have a range of packages to suit everyone's needs.

  2. Register your contact details. Your contact details are needed to finish subscribing.

  3. Fine tune your subscription, including a personalised message if the subscription is a gift. Choose your plan and tailor it to your needs.

  4. Choose your preferred payment method and confirm all details. Payment will be processed securely by the Commonwealth Bank and internet gateway provider eWay. We do not store credit card details.

How much does a subscription cost?

The price of each package is listed on each relevant product page. This price includes all fees and postage Australia wide. Prices are in Australian dollars. Some countries outside of Australia may charge import tax; you are responsible for this if it applies to you.

Still unsure about a subscription? Purchase a pack of 3 pairs or fill your drawer with a pack of 10 pairs. Receive a once off shipment of FreshPairs so you can test the quality of both our product and service.

How may I pay?

You may pay securely using Mastercard or Visa directly through our website. If you are unable to pay using either of these methods please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate another form of payment. Credit card payments are processed by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia via eWay payment gateway. All sensitive information is encrypted using a 256bit SSL certificate. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we protect confidential information.

When do I receive my socks?

Following subscription, FreshPairs will be dispatched within 3 business days. For every following delivery, the day of dispatch will be within a week of this date in the relevant month. Please allow 2 - 3 days for delivery in Australia or 2 weeks for international delivery.

What happens at the end of my subscription?

As the end of your subscription period approaches we will send you an email to see if you would like to cancel or change your subscription. Subscription may be cancelled by the click of a button from your email. If you wish to change to a different subscription package, simply log on to the site and choose which package you would like to change to. If we do not hear from you, we will resume the same subscription package.

What if I am not happy with the quality of my socks?

If you are at all disappointed with the quality of FreshPairs' socks, or with the service, please do not hesitate to email us via the contact page and we will do our best to resolve the problem. If you are still unhappy and would like to cancel your subscription within 30 days of your first shipment then we will refund the equivalent cost of the remaining shipments. If 30 days have passed then an administration fee may be applied to process a refund. Please see Terms and Conditions for more details.

What will my loved one receive if I order a gift subscription?

Upon subscription you will be invited to write a personalised message to the recipient, which will be enclosed with the first shipment. This will also include details about how many FreshPairs they will be sent throughout the year and when to expect them. Each following shipment will include a note to remind them of who the thoughtful person is that gave them such an incredible gift!
